Introducing Our First Social Media Contest!

We have some exciting news for jixxie fans and THC CBD seltzer enjoyers! This month marks the kick-off of our new contest that will take place on Instagram! If you aren’t following us there yet, our handle is @drinkjixxie. 

We want to see the beauty of our state through your eyes, and encourage you to get out there and take in the scenic views before winter comes. In short, our contest is looking for unique and scenic submissions of nature in Minnesota with a can of jixxie pictured! 

How it will work is that you’ll go out and catch a sunrise, a sunset, or some other picturesque view in Minnesota. Take a picture of the view, featuring a can of jixxie in frame (or a picture of our can), and post it on your account, while tagging ours and using the hashtag #jixxieoutdoors in your post or in the comments. You’ll be limited to one submission per month, and we won’t be allowing repeats of the same location or view. 

At the end of the month, our owner, and marketer will take the time to judge your submissions based on a few criteria. The winner will be contacted, and be asked to age verify before we award them with a pack of jixxie and work out the details of how to get them their jixxie. The winner will have their submission reposted by our account, where we'll display honorable mentions! 

Eligibility Criteria 

• Must be 21 years of age or older, as well as a resident of Minnesota
• Employees of jixxie are not eligible to participate 
• No purchase is required for entry

Contest Rules

• Photos must be original, and submitted through Instagram as specified above.
• Posted on your account, tagging @drinkjixxie, and using the #jixxieoutdoors
• Must be following @drinkjixxie to have your submission qualify
• The contest will have a deadline ending 1 month from the announcement date. 
• Only one entry per participant per month, and repeat uses of the same scenic view will disqualify that submission. 
• Submissions may be disqualified if found to contain inappropriate content.

Selection Process

• A winner will be selected by judgement using our own criteria. We can’t share the specifics with you, but we’re generally looking for creativity, uniqueness, and relevance. 
• Our owner and marketer will be judging submissions.
• Winner will be announced and contacted within one week of the submission deadline. 

Prize Details 

• Prize will be two packs of jixxie, twelve beverages in quantity. Flavor will be up to winner’s preference. 
• Prize will be distributed through the mail or delivery, but will be based on discretion of the winner. 
• Winners will be expected to reply within 3 business days of being contacted. If we don’t hear back, we’ll go down to our runner-up. 

Terms and Conditions 

• No Purchase Necessary: Participants are welcome to use a picture of our product. 
• Content Usage: By participating, entrants agree to let the company use their submissions on its social media channels, website, and other marketing materials. 
• Eligibility: Must be 21 years of age or older, as well as a resident of Minnesota. Employees of jixxie are not eligible to participate. 
• Submission Deadline: By Midnight in Minnesota on 10/23.
• Judging Process: Submissions will be recorded, and judged by jixxie along a few criteria. 

Privacy Statement

• Content Usage: By entering, participants consent to the use of their submissions (photos, videos, etc.) for marketing purposes across social media, website, and other platforms. 
• Personal Data: Any personal data collected (e.g., names, social media handles) will only be used for the purpose of administering the contest and notifying winners, and will not be shared with third parties. 
• Participation implies consent to these terms.
