Hemp seltzers are a type of hemp drink that offer hemp-derived THC or CBD in the form of a seltzer. Similar to how “White Claws” seized the interest and attention of consumers, there are many hemp seltzers competing for their own share of the market. Hemp seltzers entail a traditional carbonated water foundation, which is where seltzer comes from. On top of this foundation, hemp derived cannabinoids are infused with the beverage, making it a hemp seltzer.
Are Hemp Seltzers the Best Hemp Drink?
While this question can’t be answered objectively, our experience creating hemp seltzers will allow us to shed some light on the topic to help consumers make better decisions. It’s important to know if the hemp drink you’re consuming has THC, CBD, or both, as the experience can differ drastically. That being said, not all THC seltzers contain CBD. Manufacturers will usually have to disclose the active ingredients contained in their beverage, allowing consumers to identify the presence of CBD on the can or bottle. In cases where labeling does not contain the information, you should visit the manufacturer’s website. These manufacturers are required to submit products for testing for each batch they produce, and these tests result in “COA” reports that contain the breakdown of active ingredients.
